Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. CANCELLATION

1.1. No cancellation shall be made in case you decline to get a visa Approval Letter containing incorrect details caused by mistakes from your side.

1.2. No refundable in the following cancellation cases:

• (a) Your visa application is under processing after completing payment.
• (b) The visa Approval Letter is sent to your email.
• (c) Extra Services (such as Fast Track, VIP Fast Track or Pickup service), if we have already arranged these services for the customers.
• (d) The customers have any changes about their flight details and arrival date but we are not notified in advance.

1.3. You can only get the refund from the cancellation if your application has not been processed yet and you are required to inform us via email within 1 hour after payment for Normal case, 10 minutes for Urgent, Emergency, and Holiday case.

2. REFUND

2.1. No refund will be made in case you decline to get a visa approval letter containing incorrect details caused by mistakes from your side.

2.2. You shall be refunded 100% in cases that:

• (a) Denied applications by Vietnam Immigration Department
• (b) With our errors, we will refund 100% fee or arrange the new one correctly without any extra service fee.

2.3. No charges or penalties shall be made in case you wish to cancel service before making any payment.
