You are required to fill out the exact personal information of the applicant(s) as in passport:

• Full name
• Date of birth
• Nationality
• Passport number
• Date of arrival and date of exit
• Type of visa

Download Immigration entry-and-exit form to submit at the airport.

You are required to fill out the form & sign.

YOU NEED:

• Glue photo 4x6cm at right top corner as the form request + 1 additional photo same size.
• Prepare 25 USD in cash for 1-3 months single entry.
• Or 50 USD for 1-3 months multiple entries.
• Or 95 USD for 6 months multiple entries.
• Or 135 USD for 1 year multiple entries.
